What quality control measures do you have in place?
Dabble Indesign provides proofs and incremental documents to sign off on as you get closer to the finished product – this system is implemented on all album, invites and thank you card designs.
Dabble Indesign works closely with professional printers to ensure the highest quality and value for money is provided. Once the project is complete each item is checked to ensure it is printed to specification.
How long does it take to receive my goods?
Depending on your location it will take 3-14 working days to receive gifts and accessories from receipt of payment and 4 weeks for printed and hand crafted items.
What do you mean by customized options?
Dabble Indesign understands that we don’t all like the same things, so we have created an element that allow your to do the creative thinking. We have a broad range of standard designs but if something doesn’t quite suit your style then Dabble Indesign is happy to try and incorporate your concepts or something you’ve seen somewhere else into something you can call your very own. Dabble Indesign wants to help you live your visions, so please let us if you’re looking for something specific.
Do custom design options take longer?
Yes, please allow an additional two weeks for designing and revisions. Please enquiry if you need an rush order and we will do our best to accommodate if we can.
Do you offer packages deals on various products?
